Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant with strong expertise in Workforce Planning (WFP) and Headcount Planning to support enterprise planning initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and implementing Adaptive Planning models, partnering with FPA and HR stakeholders, and delivering scalable workforce planning solutions with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, and enhance Workday Adaptive Planning workforce and headcount planning models.
- Partner with FPA, HR Operations, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver planning solutions.
- Lead or support Workday Adaptive Planning implementation and enhancement projects.
- Develop workforce planning models using Adaptive Planning best practices.
- Integrate Adaptive Planning with enterprise systems such as Workday HCM, Snowflake, Power BI, and other financial applications.
- Create process documentation, user guides, and deliver end-user training.
- Support planning, forecasting, reporting, and continuous process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workforce planning and reporting capabilities.

Requirements

- 3 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning.




- Proven experience implementing or enhancing Workday Adaptive Planning solutions.
- Solid expertise in Workforce Planning, Headcount Planning, and financial planning models.
- Experience partnering with FPA, HR Operations, or HR Systems teams.
- Experience integrating Adaptive Planning with Workday HCM, Snowflake, Power BI, or similar enterprise applications.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong experience creating process documentation and delivering user training.

Preferred Qualifications

- Workday Adaptive Planning Certification.
- Experience in a high-growth SaaS or publicly traded company.
- Knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and workforce management processes.
