Responsibility brief:

Responsible for supervising and monitoring of HVAC, clean utility, Process equipment.

Responsibilities:

1. Preparation / review of qualification documents related to facility and Equipment.

2. Supervision of HVAC requalification and document review.

3. Inventory control of critical spares and consumables for all process equipment, HVAC & support for costing budgeting

4. Installation and commissioning of facility and equipment.

5. Preparation and review of SOPs, change control, CAPA, deviation, Risk assessment & AutoCAD drawing.

6. Supervision of preventive and breakdown maintenance of process equipment, clean utility water system (PW, WFI & PSG), HVAC system & facility.

7. Responsible for expansion / improvement project.

8. Handling of internal and external audits (Preparation and submission of compliance report etc.)

9. Ensuring self and team safety at workplace.

10. Handling of GMP documents like CR, SOPs, Deviation and CAPA.
