Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and energetic sales executive with 03 years of experience in sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting customers, conducting site visits, and achieving sales targets.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 0–3 years of sales experience (Real Estate experience is preferred)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build customer relationships
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM)
- Willing to travel for customer meetings and site visits
- A two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred
- Key Responsibilities

- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Contact customers and explain project details.
- Schedule and conduct site visits.
- Build and maintain valuable customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the pre-sales and marketing teams.
- Update customer details in the CRM.
- Submit daily and weekly sales reports to the management.
- Assist customers until the booking and registration process is completed.
