Objective:

Support the branch business growth by driving institutional and project sales across Wires, Switches, Switchgears, and Electrical Solutions. Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, acquire new business opportunities, manage strategic accounts, and contribute to achieving branch revenue and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive institutional and project sales in segments such as Corporate, Government, Industrial, Infrastructure, and Real Estate.
- Identify and acquire current customers while expanding business with existing accounts.
- Build and maintain relationships with Builders, Architects, Consultants, Contractors, Industries, and Government Departments.
- Generate project leads, track opportunities, and ensure timely conversion of the sales pipeline.
- Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and commercial negotiations with customers and influencers.
- Coordinate with channel partners, distributors, and internal teams to maximize project coverage and sales growth.
- Ensure timely order processing, execution, delivery coordination, and customer support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing,



and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets, collection goals, and contribution margins as per business objectives.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, pipeline reviews, and business updates for management.
- Support branch operations by coordinating with logistics, finance, and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, commercial guidelines, and compliance requirements.

Experience & Qualification:

- 9-14 years of experience in B2B Sales, Institutional Sales, Project Sales, or Specification Sales.
- Experience in Wires, Switches, Switchgears, Lighting, & FMEG Electrical Products.
- Proven track record of handling large accounts and project-based sales.
- Strong exposure to builders, consultants & architects.
- B.E./B.Tech (Any Discipline) required.
- MBA/PGDM (Sales/Marketing) preferred.
