Looking for experienced Business Development role for Construction Chemical companies or building/ construction material companies having good relationships with key Structural Consultants/ Architects PMCs/ Govt. Departments and good exposure to Specifications/ Business Development and Marketing functions.
This position will be accountable for the following objectives at the given work area:
Will be responsible and accountable for the promotion and business development of Concrete Admixtures, Waterproofing, Technical Mortars, and Sealants. Adhesives, Fiber, Protective coatings, etc., and other allied solutions.
Increasing market awareness of the company & the brand in the given area
Develop strong relations with key Specifiers/ Consultants/ PMCs/ Govt. Agencies, etc. to secure vendor enlistment and project specifications for ECMAS solutions.
To prepare & submit proposals and develop product specifications & vendor approval for the company, targeting Architects/ Structural Consultants, Engineers, EPCC contractors, Govt.
departments, etc.
Project Mapping and Tracking
To prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients/ consultants.
To prepare, and submit project-specific technical proposals to the consultants/ clients, etc.
Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant market information
Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys
Recommend/Implement actions required to improve system performance.
Subjective: -
Monthly & weekly planning /reporting.
Project Specifications/ vendor enlistments and Market Intelligence.
Project Mapping and Tracking
Relationship with Key Specifiers/ Consultants/ Govt. Authorities
