Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills to support large-scale business operations. The role involves analysing data, gathering business requirements, identifying process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions. Drive data-driven business analysis, reporting, and process improvement by translating business requirements into actionable insights and supporting enterprise decision-making.

Responsibilities

- Analyse business data to identify trends, insights, and improvement opportunities
- Gather, document, and manage business requirements
- Develop project analysis documentation including business requirements and scope documents
- Collaborate with development and QA teams throughout project delivery
- Identify and recommend process improvement opportunities
- Create and maintain project schedules, plans, and specifications
- Monitor project progress and provide timely project reporting
- Perform risk analysis and recommend mitigation strategies




- Support change management initiatives across business functions
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to deliver business objectives

Requirements

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- 4-7 years of experience in large-scale data management and analytics
- Experience working on large-scale projects handling day-to-day business operational requests
- Strong understanding of indices, analytical data, and return-level data
- Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, and Google Data Studio
- Experience in data analysis, business analysis, product analysis, or consulting
- Strong SQL scripting, data manipulation, modelling, and business insight generation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Google Data Studio, Analytics Dashboards, and Google Suite
- Knowledge of data mining and data visualisation
- Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet and Gantt charts
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
