We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Executive” to join our Edu tech growth team. This role is a vital part of our expansion, focusing on generating new business, building strong client relationships, and driving the adoption of our ERP and custom software solutions across the assigned territories of all over Maharashtra.
Key Responsibilities: -
- Visit schools & colleges to generate leads
- Pitch and demonstrate our ERP software
- Convert leads into customers (close deals)
- Build strong relationships with clients
- Follow up regularly and maintain client database
- Work with team to achieve monthly sales targets.
Required Qualifications & Skills –
- Good communication skills (Marathi, Hindi & English)
- Confidence in speaking and presenting
- Interest in sales & field work
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM (training will be provided)
Additional Requirements -
Must own a personal bike, laptop, and smartphone for daily field activities.
