Key Responsibilities:

- Able to understand and gather the business requirements for Supply Chain processes accurately.
- Participated in end-to-end implementation of Dynamics 365 F&O; Supply Chain Management modules including Inventory Management, Procurement & Sourcing, Sales and Marketing, Master Planning, Production control and Warehouse Management.
- Work closely with stakeholders to design functional solutions aligned with business needs. • Prepare functional documentation, test cases, and conduct UAT sessions.
- Provide end-user training and post-implementation support.
- Configure and customize D365 F&O; to meet business requirements following Microsoft best practices.
- Collaborate with technical teams for integration, customization, and troubleshooting.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 4-8 years of hands-on experience as a Functional Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O;) or AX with a focus on Supply Chain Management.




- Robust knowledge of Supply Chain Management modules: Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, Sales & Marketing, Master Planning, Warehouse Management, Production Control
- Experience in at least one full project lifecycle (end-to-end implementation or upgrade) and support projects.
- Ability to create functional design documents, conduct fit-gap analysis, and manage testing cycles.
- Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and solutions.
- Strong understanding of business processes in manufacturing, trading, or distribution industries.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good To Have:

- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate.
- Exposure Power BI, Data Management Framework, and integration scenarios.
