Role & responsibilities

• Manage overall store and warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, issuance, and dispatch of materials.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock availability.

• Monitor inventory levels and implement effective stock control measures.

• Supervise inward and outward material movement and ensure proper documentation.

• Conduct periodic physical stock verification, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation.

• Coordinate with procurement, production, logistics, and finance teams for seamless material flow.

• Review and approve Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Material Issue Slips (MIS), and stock transfer documents.





• Ensure timely replenishment of materials by maintaining minimum and maximum stock levels.

• Lead and mentor the stores team to improve operational efficiency.

• Monitor warehouse safety, housekeeping, and compliance with company policies.

• Generate inventory, consumption, and aging reports for management review.

• Support internal and external audits by maintaining accurate inventory records.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization in store operations.

• Ensure compliance with inventory management procedures and ERP systems.
