Role & responsibilities

The Personal Shopper shall be responsible for providing a personalised shopping experience to clients by understanding their preferences, requirements, and budget, and assisting them in selecting products that best meet their needs. The role requires exceptional product knowledge, solid customer service skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

The Personal Shopper's responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to:

- Greeting and assisting clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Understanding clients' preferences, tastes, requirements, and purchasing objectives.
- Recommending suitable antiques, textiles, handicrafts, carpets, jewellery, furniture, and other products based on individual client needs.
- Providing detailed information regarding product features, craftsmanship, materials, origin, and maintenance.
- Curating personalised product selections for private viewings and showroom appointments.




- Coordinating with the sales and inventory teams to source requested items and ensure product availability.
- Following up with clients regarding enquiries, quotations, special orders, and future purchasing opportunities.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer preferences, purchase history, and ongoing requirements.
- Assisting with product presentation and ensuring the showroom is maintained to the highest standards.
- Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Ensuring complete confidentiality regarding client information, preferences, and transactions.
- Achieving individual sales objectives and contributing to the overall sales performance of the Company.
- Performing any other duties assigned by the Directors or authorised representatives of the Company from time to time.
