We have Vacancy for CCTV Engineer VIBGYOR HIGH Marathahalli

Qualification- Graduate

Experience - 2-8 yrs

Role & responsibilities

Responsibilities:

MAINTENANCE:

- Should prepare, maintain & update inventory of CCTV infrastructure (CCTV Cameras, DVRs, MDVRs).
- Ensure installation & configuration additional Cameras, DVR and MDVRs.
- Ensure periodic check / inspection of Bus CCTV recording, (30 days recording must be available for retrieval), camera angle, time stamps etc.
- Should follow and adhere daily checklist and update the same in vector on as per schedule visit to schools.
- Ensure that CCTV cables are properly tagged and neatly dressed in the racks installed on-premises and MDVR Installations in buses.




- Must conduct site survey in case of additional CCTV Requirement that might come up due to extensions of existing premises, Third-party audits, blind spots identification and remediation etc.
- Should update Bus CCTV Factsheet in the prescribed format periodically.

REDRESSAL:

- Should resolve issues & complaints reported by Centre IT/Cluster Lead regarding Location/Bus CCTV.
- Coordinate with them for CCTV component replacements, necessary material requirements for buses or school premises.

Should resolve and close the ticket with appropriate resolution. Attach screenshots of resolved issues in the ticketing system
