Role & responsibilities

- To achieve monthly On-time delivery target for production of both system and product business
- Develop and manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Oversee the entire production process, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality at all stages.
- Monitor production output and adjust schedules as needed to meet demand changes.
- Supervise production staff, assign tasks, and lead team training for skill enhancement.
- Collaborate with purchase, sales, quality, and project teams to align production with business objectives.
- Design and implement cost-cutting changes, and analyze production methods to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with safety rules and regulations, and draw up safety protocols
- Develop and maintain ISO documentation for production operations, including process flowcharts and standard operating procedures
- Work with cross-functional teams to coordinate production schedules and ensure timely delivery
- Diagnosing the origin of breakdowns, troubleshoot problems, and implementing corrective actions
- Plan and allocate labor, materials, and equipment to optimize resource utilization
- Manage raw material inventory to ensure adequate stock without overstocking or wastage.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements throughout the production process.




- Identify and resolve production issues, bottlenecks, or delays quickly.
- Track production costs and take corrective actions to maintain budget control.
- To motivate people and achieve zero safety incidents/accidents without any safety compliance
- Reviewing and follow-up for Material planning file with SCM to avoid any material shortage in advance.
- Monitoring and reduction of production rework hours & Reduction and analysis of manufacturing costs
- Reduction of Production downtime due to man, machine, material, rework hours, Quality issues etc.
- Apply lean principles and best practices, improving productivity and increasing production efficiency...etc.,
- Reduce work in process & Scrap control in shop floor.
- Ensuring adherence to client specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Interpreted complex electrical schematics and wiring diagrams to accurately assemble and install panels.
- Collaborated with engineering teams to develop and implement cutting-edge solutions for electrical system improvements.
- Maintained detailed documentation of wiring configurations, modifications, and maintenance activities.
- Working with Continuous improvement team & Resolving Quality issues.
- Maintaining the 6s at shopfloor
