Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions to support business requirements.
- Develop custom user interfaces using Lightning Components (LWC/Aura) and Visualforce pages.
- Build custom business logic using Apex classes, triggers, batch processes, and test classes.
- Configure and administer Salesforce environments, including user management, roles, profiles, permission sets, validation rules, and flows etc.
- Gather and analyze business requirements from Business Analysts and Business Stakeholders, seeking clarification where necessary.
- Participate in data migration, regular data cleansing, update and import activities.




- Proficient in system integration and web services implementation.
- Take ownership of incident resolution, service requests, minor enhancements, and standard changes.
- Work independently on assigned projects and support activities, including single-resource engagements.
- Collaborate with global business teams to deliver scalable and efficient CRM solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3–4 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce.com administration and development.
- Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Experience Cloud related functionalities.
- Experience developing Lightning Components, Visualforce pages, Apex classes, triggers, and unit test classes.
- Proven experience in at least one end-to-end Salesforce implementation involving data migration, integrations, and web services.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security and sharing models, including roles, profiles, permission sets, and user management.
- Experience with Salesforce automation tools such as Flows, Workflow Rules, and Approval Processes.
- Positive understanding of CRM concepts, business processes, and best practices.
- Strong SOQL skills and solid understanding of relational database concepts.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues, analyze root causes, and provide timely resolutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with global business leaders.
