Store Manager

- Oversee overall store operations and daily activities
- Achieve sales targets and maximize store profitability
- Lead, train, and motivate the store team
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction
- Manage stock, inventory, and product availability
- Monitor store visual merchandising and display standards.
- Prepare reports on sales performance and store operations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively
- Ensure smooth billing, cash handling, and store security.
- Maintain discipline and compliance with company policies
- Supervise and guide the sales team
- Assist in achieving sales targets
- Ensure proper customer service and smooth floor management
