Responsibilities:
Handling payroll processing, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, LWF) and employee advantages
Ensure that HR compliances, internal, statutory, and others, are met without derivations/delay.
Handle employee benefits program
Resolve employee queries related to payroll, incentives, PF, and ESI
liaison with statutory authorities
Functional knowledge of HRONE software is preferred
Experienced in challan entries
Strong Communication
Confidentiality & Accuracy
