We are looking for a skilled Executive - AR to join our team at Omega Healthcare Management Services Private Limited in Trichy I. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience and a strong background in accounting and finance.

Roles and Responsibility

- Manage and oversee the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely payments and resolving outstanding issues.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve cash flow and reduce bad debts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.




- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and interactions.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
