- Develop and execute global sourcing strategies to optimize procurement costs, quality, and supplier relationships.
- Manage the end-to-end source-to-pay process for IT services and consulting projects, including RFX creation, vendor selection, contract negotiation, and ongoing performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and innovation in procurement operations.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and internal stakeholder needs to inform strategic sourcing decisions.
Job Requirements :
- 10-12 years of experience in global sourcing or a related field within the IT industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex global sourcing initiatives across multiple categories (e.g., hardware/software/services).
- Solid understanding of RFx processes and ability to create effective RFx documents that drive desired outcomes.
- Experience working with diverse stakeholders at all levels within an organization.
