POSITION SUMMARY The Architect Commercial Corporate Interiors is responsible for leading the design, planning, and execution of high-quality interior architecture projects for corporate offices, commercial spaces. This role involves managing end-to-end project delivery from concept development through construction ensuring design excellence, client satisfaction, and adherence to budget, timeline, and quality standards.

ROLES RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead conceptual design, space planning, and development of innovative interior solutions for commercial and corporate projects.
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, local regulations, safety standards, and sustainability guidelines.
- Review construction drawings, BOQs, and technical documentation.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure design intent is executed correctly.
- Review drawings, BOQs, and specifications
- Support site execution and resolve issues
- Attend client meetings and present designs

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION

- Bachelors in architecture




- Minimum Years of Relevant Experience: 3-5 Year
- Technical Skills: AutoCAD, Revit (Basic), Adobe Photoshop
- Soft Skills: Creativity, Design thinking, Learning attitude, Communication skills, Time management
- TECHNICAL SKILLS: AutoCAD, Photoshop
- Knowledge of space planning ergonomics, and workplace design strategies
- Preparation of concept, schematic, and detailed drawings
- BOQ preparation and specification writing
- Clash detection and multi-disciplinary coordination
- Knowledge of NBC, fire safety, and accessibility standards
- Base building analysis and site assessment
- Solid budgeting, scheduling, and cost control capabilities
