Job Requirements :
- 11-15 years of experience in bid submission, proposal development, or a related field.
- Proven track record in managing complex proposal processes from start to finish.
- Strong understanding of IT services & consulting industry trends and market dynamics.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft explicit, concise proposals.
