- Candidate must have proven 1-2 yrs experience under a similar post in handling Pharma sales operations at the same H.Q.
- Candidate must have a proven strategic growth track record (database) from the past organization.
- Candidate must possess robust business relationships, strategic thinking, result-oriented approach and ability.
Job Responsibilities:
- Making long-term and short-term goals for the business development of the company.
- Making Business plans and strategies.
- Review and analysis of implementation of business plans and strategies.
- Reviewing monthly, quarterly and yearly sales as per plan.
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
