WizKlub is an innovation-driven education platform dedicated to building essential future

skills in students from K9. Our research-based programs focus on developing logical

reasoning, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities through technology (coding and

robotics), along with applied mathematics and science.

Role: Coding and Robotics Instructor

As a Coding and Robotics Instructor at WizKlub, you will be responsible for delivering high

quality learning experiences to students in partnered schools while ensuring effective

program execution and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Program Delivery

- Ensure timely completion of structured program deliverables.
- Deliver engaging sessions on coding, robotics, and problem-solving concepts.
- Introduce students to fundamental programming concepts, algorithms, and logical thinking.
- Encourage participation in coding projects, hackathons, and robotics competitions.
- Foster a creative, collaborative, and interactive learning workplace.

2. School Coordination & Representation

- Actively represent WizKlub at partner school locations.
- Adhere to school timings, calendar,



and assigned schedules.
- Plan and coordinate sessions in advance to ensure smooth execution.

3. Student Management & Training

- Maintain student records including attendance and progress.
- Ensure clarity and preparedness in lesson plans before sessions.
- Stay updated with WizKlub curriculum, platforms, and hardware.
- Complete required instructor certifications and training programs.

4. Reporting & Documentation

- Maintain accurate attendance and session records.
- Provide timely updates to both WizKlub and school stakeholders.
- Track and document student performance consistently.
- Ensure proper reporting of overall program execution.

5. Student Performance & Assessment

- Monitor and record student scores after each session.
- Prepare and share monthly performance reports.
- Update and distribute progress cards to students and parents.

6. Stakeholder Communication & Engagement

- Communicate regularly with parents, school authorities, and internal teams.
- Participate in Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs).
- Conduct orientations for students and parents.
- Represent WizKlub in school events, expos, and competitions.
- Address and escalate challenges for timely resolution.

7. Business Contribution

- Contribute to overall business growth through improved student outcomes and engagement.

Compensation, Work Schedule & Timings

Compensation:

- Part-Time: 20,000 per month (2.4 LPA)

Work Schedule:

- Part-Time: 4 days per week
- Work Timings:

- 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
