Trainer - Life Sciences

Position Summary

- We are seeking an experienced Trainer to join our Life Sciences Division at our Pune office. The Trainer will play a pivotal role in designing, delivering, and managing both general and refresher training programs for our Clinical Research team.
- Our Clinical Researchers work on a specialized database for drugs, clinical trials, deals companies intelligence based on modular solutions focusing on various therapeutic areas.
- The content is manually curated by our researchers to provide comprehensive, high-quality data and insights on global research trends and therapeutic landscapes.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and update structured training materials and documentation.
- Conduct onboarding sessions and general training for recent joiners.
- Identify skill gaps and design targeted refresher and team-specific training programs.
- Deliver outcome-oriented, in-person training sessions to improve performance and process adherence.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback mechanisms.
- Prepare post-training evaluation and impact reports.
- Collaborate closely with the research leadership team to align training content with evolving project and client needs.




- Support process adherence and ensure timely follow-ups for new joiners progress and integration.

Qualifications / Requirements

- Bachelor s or Master s Degree in Pharmacy (Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology etc.) or Science (Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Microbiology)
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in Life Sciences preferably in Clinical Research, Pre-Clinical Research, Drug Development, Clinical Trial Management, Clinical Data Management or Medical Writing
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Trainer or Instructor, preferably within a research or life sciences setting
- Strong understanding of research workflows, SOPs, and documentation standards
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about fostering learning and continuous improvement.
