- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging content.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to junior trainers.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience as a trainer or in a related field.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.




- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design models.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and authoring tools.
- A graduate degree is required.
