We are looking for candidates from Executive Search Firm for a role of Consultant / Senior Consultant/ Lead Consultant / Leadership Role from the Manufacturing / Engineering / Real Estate/ Infra/ Pharma/ Automotive Industry with over 4 years to 10 years of experience.

Candidates who have experience in Executive Search - Mid to Leadership Hiring and are open for Gurgaon - Sector 49 or Mumbai location, Jogeshwari East can apply.

Role and Responsibilities:

- Atleast 4+ years of recruiemnt experience in Executive Search and Mid to Senior or Leadership recruitment
- Should have Experience in handling Mid to Senior, Leadership mandates and Client Engagement.
- Client Management: Partnering with clients for entire recruitment and selection process of the candidate
- Leadership hiring to consistently exceed performance targets.
- Working with Stakeholders to develop recruitment strategies for assigned positions
- Should have the ability to assess and evaluate business requirements as well as candidate profiles
- Should be skilled at using various tools of recruitment, have a positive eye for talent, and have the superpower to attract skilled candidates.
- Identifying and creating a pipeline of candidates




- Will lead the search and conduct end-to-end activities and handle Team also.

The ideal candidate would have worked in executive search mandates for Manufacturing / Engineering/ Auto / EPC/ Pharma/ Real Estate/ Infra companies and would have experience hiring Leadership roles Hiring.
