- Monitor patient progress through regular follow-up consultations.
- Maintain complete and accurate medical records and documentation.
- Counsel patients regarding treatment, lifestyle modifications, diet, and preventive healthcare.
- Coordinate with nursing, laboratory, pharmacy, and other departments for patient care.
- Participate in health camps, awareness programs, and community outreach activities.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, ethical standards, infection control, and patient confidentiality.
- Report medical emergencies or complicated cases to the senior consultant whenever required.
- Participate in continuous medical education (CME) and career development activities.
