Job Summary
* We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Relationship Manager * Prime Loans to lead and drive the Prime Loans business across a designated state. The role is responsible for achieving business growth through effective leadership of sales teams, branch channels, DSAs, connectors, and strategic partners. The incumbent will be accountable for driving sourcing, sanctions, and disbursements of secured mortgage products, including Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), Business Loans, and MSME Loans, while ensuring portfolio quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
* Own and drive the overall Prime Loans business for the assigned state.
* Lead, mentor, and manage Regional Managers, Area Managers, and sales teams to achieve business objectives.
* Drive sourcing, sanctions, and disbursements of Home Loans, LAP, Business Loans, and other secured mortgage products.
* Develop and expand DSA, connector, builder, and channel partner networks across the state.
* Build robust relationships with key stakeholders, including channel partners, developers, and branch teams, to maximize business opportunities.
* Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets while maintaining portfolio quality.




* Monitor branch-wise and region-wise productivity and implement corrective action plans wherever required.
* Identify new markets and business opportunities to increase market share within the state.
* Collaborate closely with Credit, Operations, Legal, Technical, and Risk teams to ensure faster turnaround time and superior customer experience.
* Review sales performance, conversion ratios, pipeline, and productivity through regular business reviews.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and credit processes.
* Recruit, train, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams to build a strong leadership pipeline.
* Analyze competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs to formulate effective business strategies.

Preferred Candidate Profile
* 10-15+ years of experience in Secured Mortgage Lending/Prime Loans.
* Strong experience in Home Loans, LAP, Business Loans, and MSME Lending.
* Proven experience in managing a state-level sales team and delivering business targets.
* Robust leadership, people management, and channel management skills.
* Well-established network with DSAs, builders, connectors, and channel partners.
* Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and business development capabilities
