Job Summary

Sutherland is hiring Associate and Senior Associate professionals for our Insurance Operations team. We are looking for candidates with experience in Insurance, Policy Administration, Underwriting Support, or Commercial Insurance processes. The ideal candidate should possess robust analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Experience

Associate: 02 years of relevant experience in Insurance

Senior Associate: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Insurance, Policy Administration, or Underwriting Support

Key Responsibilities

- Handle Policy Administration and Policy Processing activities.
- Provide Renewal and Quotation Support.
- Support Underwriting and Insurance Operations.
- Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate insurance documentation and records.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.
- Deliver high-quality customer service while meeting SLAs.
- Maintain strong knowledge of insurance products and industry practices.





Preferred Skills

- Experience in Commercial Insurance or UK Insurance.
- Knowledge of Policy Administration, Underwriting Support, Renewals, and Quotations.
- Familiarity with Acturis or similar insurance/broking platforms is preferred.
- Understanding of FCA regulations and UK insurance processes is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
