Job Title: Store Manager
Role Summary:
Looking for Store Manager candidates to handle complete store operations, drive sales, manage teams, supervise floor activities, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain stock and process compliance
Eligibility Criteria:
- Current designation should be Store Manager with 2 - 4 years of experience Or current designation should be Team Lead / Floor Supervisor with 4 - 6 years of experience in retail store operations.
- Age should be below 34 years.
- Should have good team handling and sales management experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end daily store operations.indeed+1

- Handle team supervision, shift planning, and staff allocation.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.careervir
- Monitor stock, replenishment, inventory, and shrinkage control.
- Maintain VM, store hygiene, billing discipline, and SOP compliance.hiring.
- Train and guide team members for better productivity and customer handling.
