Business Development Manager .

Locations: Hyderabad | Visakhapatnam

Experience: Minimum 5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Build and strengthen relationships with leading real estate developers, consultants, and intermediaries.

✔ Drive new business opportunities , negotiate deals, and establish strategic partnerships.

✔ Maintain existing client relationships and identify future business potential.

✔ Conduct regular site visits and stay updated on market trends and project developments.

✔ Oversee credit notes, cash flow analysis, financial modeling, and sensitivity analysis .

✔ Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Audit teams for due diligence and approvals.

✔ Monitor market dynamics, competition, and industry trends .





✔ Perform micro-market analysis covering demand-supply, pricing, recent launches, and customer preferences.

✔ Monitor post-funding performance , including sales, price trends, and escrow movements.
