ROLE OVERVIEW - We are looking for a highly creative and performance-driven Video Editor who understands both storytelling and marketing psychology. This role is for someone who can transform raw footage into powerful visual narratives that capture attention, communicate brand value, and drive audience action.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES -

* Edit engaging short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms

* Create performance-driven video creatives for paid advertising campaigns

* Develop attention-grabbing hooks, transitions, motion graphics, captions, and storytelling structures that improve audience retention

* Edit corporate films, promotional videos, founder videos, testimonials, campaign videos, event highlights,



and brand communication assets

* Convert raw footage into compelling stories that align with campaign objectives and brand positioning.

* Coordinate with videographers, content teams, and clients during production and understand framing, camera movement as per requirements.

* Manage footage organization, project files, and production assets efficiently

REQUIRED SKILLS

Strong working knowledge of:

* Adobe Premiere Pro

* Adobe After Effects

* AI-based Video Editing Tools

* Motion Graphics Tools & Workflows

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

* 1–4 years of professional video editing experience

* Demonstrated expertise in motion graphics and animation

* Experience using AI tools for content creation and editing

* Solid portfolio/showreel showcasing creative and commercial projects
