PhysicsWallah SuperClass (CA Wallah) is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Center Head to lead our Jaipur center.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving admissions, managing end-to-end center operations, ensuring academic excellence, and delivering an exceptional student experience while achieving business and operational goals.

Responsibilities

Business Growth & Admissions

- Drive student admissions and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual enrollment targets.
- Develop and execute local business development initiatives to increase market reach.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute ATL/BTL activities, seminars, and student engagement programs.
- Monitor inquiry generation, lead conversion, and admission funnel performance.

Center Operations

- Oversee the complete day-to-day operations of the center, ensuring seamless coordination across academics, administration, counseling, and support functions.
- Ensure adherence to organizational SOPs, operational processes, and quality standards.
- Manage infrastructure, facilities, and vendor relationships to maintain a world-class learning environment.

Team Management

- Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams, including Academic Coordinators,



Counselors, Operations, Admin, and Support Staff.
- Set performance goals, monitor KPIs, and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Foster a high-performance and collaborative work culture.

Academic & Student Experience

- Coordinate with faculty to ensure smooth execution of classes, tests, doubt sessions, and academic schedules.
- Monitor student attendance, engagement, and retention.
- Build solid relationships with students and parents by ensuring timely communication and resolution of concerns.

Financial & Operational Excellence

- Monitor center revenue, operational expenses, and profitability.
- Ensure efficient utilization of resources and cost optimization.
- Prepare and review MIS reports related to admissions, revenue, student performance, and operational metrics.

Compliance & Reporting

- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational guidelines, and audit requirements.
- Present business performance reports to regional and senior leadership.
- Maintain accurate documentation and data integrity.

Qualifications

5–8 years of experience in Education, EdTech, Coaching Institutes, or Higher Education.

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Mandatory).
