What you'll do:
1. Concept development that ties creative vision to client goals and brand identity
2. Art direction - set design, decor, lighting, ambiance
3. Visual merchandising and design oversight (invites, brochures, signage & more)
4. Social media strategy for Next Level, with oversight of the social media team
5.
Client relationships - translating vision into standout creative
6. Leading and mentoring a team of designers and creative professionals
7. Staying ahead of trends to keep our events fresh and original
8. Quality, compliance, and presenting big ideas to clients & stakeholders
What you bring:
1. Bachelor's in Fine Arts, Design, Marketing, Event Management, or related field.
2. 7+ years in creative roles - event management, advertising, or related industries a bonus.
3. A sharp eye for design, robust leadership instincts, and the ability to turn concepts into unforgettable experiences
