Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Chartered Accountant (Fresher) role based in Mumbai. The Chartered Accountant will support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities, including preparation and analysis of financial statements and management reports. Responsibilities include assisting with audits, tax computations, compliance filings, and maintaining accurate accounting records in line with relevant standards and regulations. The role involves working closely with senior consultants to analyze client financial data, identify performance improvement opportunities,



and contribute to concise, data-driven recommendations. The Chartered Accountant will also collaborate with client teams, respond to information requests, and help ensure timely, high-quality delivery of consulting engagements.

Qualifications

- Professional qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA), recently certified or awaiting final certification.
- Solid grounding in accounting principles, financial reporting, and basic audit procedures.
- Understanding of taxation, compliance requirements, and relevant regulatory frameworks in India.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and common accounting or ERP software; comfort working with financial data and spreadsheets.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret financial information and draw clear insights.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly to different stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented working style, with integrity, reliability, and a commitment to high-quality, accurate work.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a consulting environment, manage time effectively, and adapt to agile client needs.
- Interest in financial management consulting, performance improvement, and strategic finance; prior internship or project experience in related areas is a plus.
