Role: Senior Sales Manager

Location: Noida (Work from Office)

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Drive revenue growth by achieving monthly and quarterly business targets.
- Monitor sales performance, pipeline management, and conversion metrics.
- Conduct regular coaching, training,



and performance reviews.
- Ensure effective lead management and CRM compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to enhance team productivity.
- Foster a culture of performance, accountability, and employee engagement.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Sales/Business Development.
- At least 3 years of experience managing sales teams (mandatory).
- Prior experience in EdTech or B2C sales will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
