About the Role:

We are seeking an accomplished Plant Head to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations for cosmetics and personal hygiene products including creams, lotions, and body washes. This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the Director – Manufacturing, with full accountability for production, quality, compliance, engineering, EHS, and workforce management.

Responsibilities

- Manufacturing Excellence: Drive production efficiency, quality KPIs, and GMP/ISO 22716 compliance
- Quality & Regulatory: Ensure hygiene standards per MOHP, CAPMAS, EU/FDA regulations; manage audits and certifications
- Engineering & Maintenance: Lead preventive/predictive maintenance, utilities, automation, and energy-saving initiatives
- Supply Chain Coordination: Oversee RM/PM availability, warehouse operations, and export/import logistics
- People Leadership: Develop and mentor a diverse workforce; implement skill development and succession planning
- Cost & KPI Management:



Own plant P&L; monitor OEE, Yield, Downtime, OTIF, Safety, Absenteeism
- Project Execution: Support NPIs, plant expansion, and equipment validation projects

Qualifications

- Education: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, or Production Engineering; MBA preferred
- Experience: 20+ years in FMCG manufacturing, with 10+ years in plant leadership roles
- Proven expertise in cosmetics/personal hygiene formulations and large-scale plant operations
