Role Overview

We are looking for a Spoken English Trainer to join our team in the Greater Jaipur Area. This is a full-time, on-site position for someone who enjoys helping learners improve their communication skills and gain confidence in spoken English.

The trainer will conduct engaging classroom sessions, assess learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and support students in developing communication skills for academic, professional, and interview settings. The role also involves working closely with the training team to continuously improve learning materials and classroom experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver interactive spoken English sessions.
- Help learners improve fluency, pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, and overall communication skills.




- Conduct speaking activities, group discussions, presentations, and mock interview sessions.
- Monitor learner progress and provide regular feedback.
- Address language-related queries and support learners with individual improvement plans.
- Maintain a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with the curriculum and training teams to enhance course content and teaching methodologies.
- Track attendance, assessments, and learner performance.

Preferred Qualifications
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
- Experience teaching spoken English, communication skills, or soft skills.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain concepts clearly to learners from diverse educational backgrounds.
- Familiarity with bilingual instruction (English and Hindi) is an added advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
- TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or similar certifications are desirable but not mandatory.
