✅ 2–3 years of Talent Acquisition experience in a Digital Marketing or Media Agency (mandatory)

✅ Proven expertise in high-volume hiring and delivering closures within aggressive TATs

✅ Strong experience in headhunting, sourcing, Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Naukri

✅ Strong analytical mindset with experience in recruitment data, dashboards, and hiring metrics

✅ Experience hiring across multiple levels and functions, managing 50+ open positions across locations .

✅ Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation,



and candidate engagement skills

✅ Deep understanding of the digital marketing and media talent landscape
