About The Role

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our growing Finance Accounts team. This role is designed for recent graduates who are eager to gain hands-on corporate experience in financial analysis, reporting, accounting operations, and budgeting. You will work closely with senior finance professionals and support day-to-day financial functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Financial Reporting Analysis: Assist in preparing weekly and monthly financial reports, variance analyses, and management dashboards.
- Accounting Operations: Support general ledger accounting, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR) processes.
- Reconciliation: Assist with bank reconciliations, vendor statement matchings, and inter-company transactions.
- Data Management: Organize, clean, and maintain financial databases and spreadsheets.
- Compliance Auditing: Help compile documentation for internal/external audits and tax compliance tasks.
- Special Projects: Assist the finance team with ad-hoc financial modeling, market research, or process improvement initiatives.





Requirements Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or a related field (Fresh Graduates or final-year students eligible).
- Technical Skills:
- Good proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
- Basic understanding of corporate accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and financial statements (P L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
- Knowledge of financial software or ERP tools (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or NetSuite) is a plus.

- Soft Skills:

- Strong analytical and numerical problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential data with discretion.
