Job Title: Demand Generation Manager

Location: Hyderabad, On-Site (Travel across cities as required)

Work Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday fixed weekly off)

Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

About the Role

As a Demand Generation Manager, you'll introduce students to career opportunities in technology by conducting workshops, seminars, and engagement sessions across colleges and universities. Your job isn't to deliver presentations, it's to spark curiosity, build trust, and inspire students to take the next step in their careers. Every session you conduct should leave students better informed and motivated to explore NxtWave Intensive. If you enjoy speaking to large audiences, building relationships, travelling, and influencing people through communication, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

- Conduct workshops, seminars, and awareness sessions across colleges and universities.
- Represent NxtWave Intensive during campus events, career fairs, and student engagement programs.
- Build strong relationships with college faculty, placement teams, and student communities.
- Create awareness about career opportunities in technology and the value of NxtWave Intensive.
- Generate high-quality student leads through on-ground engagement activities.
- Work closely with the admissions and marketing teams to ensure timely follow-up on generated leads.




- Gather student feedback and market insights to improve future campaigns and outreach efforts.
- Travel extensively across cities and states based on campaign requirements.
