We are looking for an experienced Compliance Executive to support our Responsible Sourcing and Supply Chain Compliance program. The role is responsible for ensuring compliance with international responsible sourcing standards, including LBMA Responsible Sourcing Guidance (RSG) and LPPM Responsible PGM Guidance (RPG5). The incumbent will work closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and external auditors to manage supplier due diligence, regulatory compliance, risk assessments, audit coordination, and documentatio

n.
Key Responsibiliti

Conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) for current and existing suppli
- ers.Collect, review, and verify supplier documentation, including company registrations, trade licenses, UBO declarations, and ownership structu
- res.Perform supplier risk assessments and identify high-risk suppliers requiring enhanced rev
- iew.Screen suppliers against FATF, sanctions lists, EU CAHRA, Dodd-Frank conflict-affected regions, and other applicable high-risk country li
- sts.Maintain supplier compliance records, risk registers, compliance databases, and documentation in line with company polic
- ies.Assist in preparing annual compliance reports under LBMA Responsible Sourcing Guidance (RSG) and LPPM Responsible PGM Guidance (RP
- G5).Coordinate with internal departments to gather evidence and documentation for compliance report
