To serve as the Regional HR partner for the North and East India regions and Nepal, leading unit leadership recruitment, Pre-opening recruitment, manpower management, supporting hotel HR teams with processes & policies, and driving the implementation of corporate HR strategies and people initiatives across the units.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for unit leadership roles across the region.
- Build leadership talent pipelines and support succession planning initiatives.
- Partner with hotel leadership and Unit HR teams on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and retention.
- Provide HR guidance and support to hotels on operational and strategic people matters.
- Ensure implementation of corporate HR policies, programs, and compliance requirements.
- Monitor HR metrics, identify people trends, and provide insights to Corporate HR leadership.
- Support employee engagement, culture-building, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
- Conduct HR audits.
- Act as the key liaison between Corporate HR and regional operations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's in hotel management or any similar degree is mandatory; MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent is preferred.
- 12+ years of HR experience in hospitality, multi-unit role experience is preferred.
- Strong expertise in leadership hiring, HR business partnering, and stakeholder management.
- Robust knowledge of HR compliances.
- Should be open to travel extensively across India.
