Aquapharm is looking for a dynamic and analytical Management Trainee – Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;) to join our Finance team at our Pune Corporate Office.

If you're a recently qualified CA (or have up to 1 year of relevant FP&A; experience ) and are eager to build a career in strategic finance, this is an excellent prospect to work closely with senior leadership and gain hands-on exposure to financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze financial performance, capital expenditure, investment opportunities,



profitability, and key financial indicators.
- Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Prepare financial reports, MIS, and variance analysis for management.
- Analyze historical and current financial data to identify trends and recommend business improvements.
- Assist in preparing business cases, financial models, and special financial studies.
- Retrieve, organize, and present financial data for decision-making.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance operational and financial efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Experience: 0–1 year in FP&A; / Financial Analysis / Corporate Finance

Key Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Advanced MS Excel

• SAP knowledge

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to interpret financial data and derive business insights
