Role Description The Senior Interior Designer will lead end-to-end design projects, from concept development through construction completion with assisting team members, ensuring that functional requirements and aesthetic goals are met. This full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru involves developing design concepts, preparing detailed drawings, reviewing construction documentation, and coordinating with clients, architects, vendors, and contractors. The Senior Interior Designer will oversee space planning, FF&E; selection, material and finish specifications, and design presentations, while mentoring junior designers and ensuring design standards are maintained. The role also includes attending site meetings, monitoring project progress, resolving design-related issues, and contributing to continuous improvement of studio processes and project delivery.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Interior Design and FF&E;, including concept development, material selection, and furniture/fixture specifications.
- Proficiency in Space Planning and Architecture-related coordination to optimize layouts and integrate structural and services requirements.
- Experience preparing and reviewing Construction Drawings and technical documentation for execution on site.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, lead client presentations, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Advanced proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and presentation tools.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture.
- Prior experience in a senior or lead designer capacity, preferably with residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
- Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and quality.
