Role Overview

This role at 1Point1 Solutions will be responsible for building, protecting and scaling the company’s

brand across markets. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role will ensure consistency,

credibility and impact across all internal and external touchpoints. The role will play a critical part in

positioning 1Point1 Solutions as a future-ready, AI-first, human-centric enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

1. Ensure consistency in brand identity, tone of voice and creative guidelines across all

communication channels and platforms.

2. Develop messaging frameworks to support customer engagement, partner communication and

stakeholder alignment.

3. Partner closely with senior leadership to craft thought leadership narratives, leadership POVs

and industry commentary.

4. Support PR strategy, including media relations, press interactions, announcements, and

reputation-building initiatives.

5. Own the content strategy across formats like social media, blogs, articles, videos, website

content, campaign and owned platforms.

6. Guide creative development for digital, print, outdoor and brand-led advertising campaigns.

7. Plan and manage internal and external events, conferences and forums, ensuring strong brand





presence and experience design.

8. Manage awards participation from identifying relevant categories and crafting entries to

tracking wins and amplification.

9. Develop internal communication campaigns highlighting employee achievements, culture

moments, leadership messages and milestones.

10. Create recruitment marketing content including career videos, employee stories and cultureled

social media campaigns.

11. Partner with HR and leadership to design engagement programs, onboarding experiences and

culture-building initiatives.

Education & Background

 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Mass Media, Journalism, Communications or a

related field.

 Preferred candidates should have a background in corporate marketing teams or agency

environments, including media houses, PR firms, advertising agencies, or integrated

communications firms.

Skills & Competencies

 15+ years of experience in marketing, brand, communications, PR or integrated marketing.

 Strong written and verbal communication skills

 Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage CXOs and

senior leaders.

 Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution ability.

 High attention to detail, robust project management, and ability to multi-task
