Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Assistant Operations Manager to support the day-to-day operational activities of our fertility center. The ideal candidate will assist in ensuring smooth clinic operations, efficient resource utilization, compliance with organizational policies, and an exceptional patient experience. Candidates with prior experience in an IVF/Fertility Centre will be given preference.
Preference: Male candidates with experience in healthcare operations, preferably in an IVF/Fertility setup.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the fertility centre.
Ensure seamless coordination between Front Office, Nursing, Doctors, Embryology, Andrology, Pharmacy, Billing, and Housekeeping departments.
Monitor patient flow and ensure a smooth and efficient patient experience.
Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), NABH guidelines (if applicable), and organizational policies.
Coordinate with department heads to resolve operational issues and improve workflow efficiency.
Monitor staff attendance, shift scheduling, and manpower allocation.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of operational staff in coordination with the HR department.
Maintain inventory of operational supplies and coordinate with vendors for timely procurement.
Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Monitor service quality and patient satisfaction, ensuring prompt resolution of complaints and escalations.
Coordinate preventive maintenance of clinic infrastructure and medical equipment.
Conduct regular operational audits and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Assist in implementing new operational initiatives, process improvements, and cost-control measures.




Liaise with external agencies, vendors, and service providers as required.
Perform any additional operational responsibilities assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare operations.
Experience in an IVF/Fertility Centre will be preferred.
Master's degree (MHA/MBA) will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Male candidate with experience in hospital or IVF centre operations.
Knowledge of IVF workflows, patient journey, and healthcare compliance.
Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams.
Ability to coordinate across departments and ensure operational efficiency.
Willingness to travel between branches, if required.
Flexible to work in rotational shifts or weekends as per operational requirements.
