Role Overview:As the Chief Manager IT Project (Senior Engineering Manager) at our company, you will be responsible for managing application development and delivery for critical business platforms in a fast-paced financial services environment. We are looking for a highly experienced IT professional with a strong background in Java Spring Boot, Oracle PL/SQL, Angular, and Cloud technologies (Oracle Cloud/AWS) to lead enterprise application development and digital transformation initiatives.Key Responsibilities:- Lead architecture, design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade applications using Java / J2EE, Spring Boot & Microservices, Oracle PL/SQL, and Angular.- Drive cloud adoption and modernization initiatives using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or AWS.- Define coding standards, security standards, and development best practices while conducting technical reviews to ensure application quality and performance optimization.- Manage end-to-end project development lifecycle including requirement analysis, planning, execution, testing, deployment, and support.- Lead and manage development teams, allocate work, monitor progress, and mentor team members to drive technical capability building.- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment processes using tools like Jenkins, Git, Maven, SonarQube, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.- Work on cloud-native or hybrid application deployments using Oracle Cloud or AWS and collaborate with infrastructure and security teams for monitoring, optimization, and security compliance.- Ensure compliance with IT governance, audit, security,
