As a member of the Finance team at bp, your role will involve executing day-to-day customer master data queries and activities, including providing site master data support for set up, transfers, and retirement of sites. You will be responsible for retail site set-ups, amendment of site details, and coordination with Terminal Partners. Analysis of data and execution will be key aspects of your responsibilities.Key Responsibilities:- Execute day-to-day customer master data queries and activities- Provide site master data support for set up, transfers, and retirement of sites- Retail site set ups and amendment of site details- Coordinate with Terminal Partners for data analysis and execution- Maintain strong relationships with business functions and GBS US- Ensure data input consistency with standards and required completeness levels- Run data performance reports for key quality measures and participate in operations meetings on SLA agreements and KPI measures- Execute sustainable data quality improvement plans aligned with data policies and standardsQualifications Required:- Bachelors degree in management, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in client-service oriented function in Procurement/Supply chain/Customer or Finance field- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in master data systems management and development- Hands-on experience with data conversion, consolidation, enrichment, and harmonization- Sound experience in SAP or any other ERP system- Experience working cross-culturally and in an international environment- Ability to communicate and influence across different levels in the organization- Engaging, collaborative, resilient, and experienced in a multi-faceted environmentIn this role, you will closely collaborate with Sales,



Sales Operations & Marketing teams, Logistics & Supply teams, Distributors & Resellers, and External business partners. Your fluent English language skills, both spoken and written, will be essential in expressing ideas clearly and effectively. Your proficiency in data management systems and processes, as well as your ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, will be crucial to your success.Please note that negligible travel is expected with this role, and relocation assistance within the country is available. This position offers a hybrid of office and remote working arrangements to support business partners effectively.
