Role Overview:As the Technology Team Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technology team, selecting and motivating team members, driving retention and employee engagement. Your role will involve providing constant feedback to software engineers, preparing individual development plans, ensuring quality deliveries, defining quality strategies, overseeing delivery flow processes, and maintaining organizational system stability and performance.
