Role Overview:As a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A;) Leader for the Consumer Banking and Wealth Management business at Bank of America, you will play a crucial role in analyzing data for decision making by senior leadership. Your responsibilities will include managing multiple projects simultaneously, understanding business requirements, and delivering data analysis solutions to support strategic business drivers. Your technical competency will be essential in ensuring data quality and completeness across all projects. Additionally, you will expand relationships with Senior US Leaders on the CFO team to build a strong Center of Excellence.Key Responsibilities:- Play a leadership role in Program Management by building and improving solutions for FP&A; and Data Analysis functions- Prepare various FP&A; reports including revenue, expenses, and balance sheets, and perform variance analysis- Manage the forecasts, planning, and budgeting process, review and analyze variances, and ensure alignment with forecasts- Conduct month-end reviews and controls, prepare various business reviews and ad-hoc financial analysis- Front-end relationships with Line of Business Teams and Leaders, design solutions, generate actionable insights, optimize processes, build tool-based automations, and ensure program governance- Translate business requirements into deliverables, support periodic and ad-hoc projects related to consumer products, drive operational excellence, manage risk, and communicate effectively- Mentor and coach the team on complex data analysis requirements, present business/finance metrics to Senior Business Leaders, and supervise a team of employees towards achieving objectivesQualifications Required:- Education: CA/CPA or MBA finance with 15 years of relevant work experience- Experience Range:



15 years of relevant work experience in Financial Planning & Analysis and Data Analysis in Banking industry, exposure to Consumer banking or Wealth Management businesses preferred- Foundational Skills: Strong abilities in FP&A; and Data Analysis, financial acumen, computer skills (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Oracle, DB2, Teradata, SAS, SQL), prior Banking and Financial services industry experience, proven experience in managing multi-location teams, solid communication and leadership skills- Desired Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, adapt to changes, SharePoint development experienceNote: The job location for this position is Gurugram or Mumbai, and the work timings are from 12:30 pm to 9:30 pm.
