The Executive – Inhouse Jewelry Store will be responsible for managing and presenting jewelry sample ranges within the inhouse store/showroom setting. The role requires strong coordination, product presentation skills, and the ability to deliver a premium customer experience while supporting internal business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain the inhouse jewelry sample range and displays.
• Present jewelry collections effectively to internal stakeholders, buyers, and visiting clients.
• Ensure proper handling, organization, and upkeep of jewelry samples and showcase areas.
• Support product showcasing activities for client visits and internal presentations.
• Deliver a professional and premium customer experience during interactions.
• Assist in explaining product features, collections, and design highlights.
• Coordinate with the Business Development team for sample requirements and product presentations.
• Work closely with merchandising and production teams for movement and availability of sample pieces.
• Support execution of showroom activities and client engagement initiatives.
• Maintain records related to sample movement and inventory coordination.
• Ensure adherence to company processes, security protocols, and showroom discipline standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience:
• 2 to 5 years of experience in jewelry showroom sales, jewelry retail, or luxury product handling.
• Experience in diamond jewelry industry will be preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good presentation and customer handling abilities.
• Passion for luxury jewelry and fine craftsmanship.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams effectively.
• Well-groomed personality with a professional approach.
Educational Qualification:
• Graduate in any discipline preferred.
